Only the most elite Internet entreprenuer's understand the important of pre-launch team building when involved with new Internet ventures.

When Building A New Internet Company — The Pre-Launch Is Just As Important As The Launch
Only the most elite Internet entreprenuer’s understand the important of pre-launch team building when involved with new Internet ventures.

I hear of numerous individuals that write businesss plans and study the markets before launching a company but what I don’t hear of are individuals marketing and promoting their pre-launch team building efforts. The idea behind this goes all the way back to your school days when you wanted to accomplish a simple task. For example…

Your 12 years old, you wake up one morning and decide… you want to play some basketball. You throw on some clothes and instantly run over to your best friends house and bang down their back door (because we didn’t have cellphones, texting, instant messenger, email, or even a phone line in the house that had a direct connection to whom you wanted to talk to). You would say… Hey! Bob! Basketball! Play, play play!”… and then Bob was ‘on the team’. Bob gets Sally, Sally gets turned down by Susy, but Susy is playing with Tom, which wants to play, so Sally bails off to play with Sally, and then its you and Bob and Tom and everyone is having a great time. You now have a basketball team… and then you can find the court to play. Simple, huh?

But as an adult we have a very different approach to this whole thing. As an adult we have complicated and skipped this team building task. Now we first find the court, get the uniforms, set the rules, set a time for the game, buy some cokes and chips to serve the players and crowd… and then build the team. In business, it gets even worse, in that we build the basketball court, register the team with the state, etc….. more complex and complicated. But in reality, the way teams are built (in the adult world)… is by your friends all just playing together and one day you decide that a team would be fun, and then you rent out a place to challange other teams… and then you have the game before you even know you built anything.

So here is a concept for you..

Instead of waking up one more and planning the new website… advertise and promote the concept to build a team. Try something like this…

“Successful business savvy web developer is seeking to build a team of individuals that are interested in establishing and operating a profitable web hosting company that will both sell web based products and services. I am interested in bringing on the following individual types: ect investors, web developers, marketing specalist, etc.” Each individual will be responsible for bringing both expertise and capital to the table and will have executive ownership and vote in company matters.”

Alright… you might write something a little better then that…. but with each custom ad you will target whom your looking to partner with. You can partner with investors, with web developers, with your marketing guys and ’sell’ out parts of the company in exchange for labor, capital investment, blood, sweat, and tears.

So instead of always looking at everything as being a solo product, or a partnership, start thinking in terms of team building and social networking to obtain the skill sets you need, the capital, and the company culture. Instead of just promoting your business, pre-launch your company with promotion to obtain not only your team, but your client, before you even open the door.

You would be surprised the kind of help you can find and others like yourself that believe in your ideas and are willing to put their money where their mouth is.

If your a mom and pop business owner, then go out of business, we don't care, but if you want in the business of robbing the elderly... come on in, we left the light on for ya.

Goldman Sachs’ Financial Boom: A Political Mess for Obama?

Reviewing Article: http://news.yahoo.com/s/time/20090717/us_time/08599191105600

You know what this reminds me of — roulette. Goldman Sachs trading practices hit double 0 and lost all their money, so the American people gave the money (bailout) back to them, and now they are on a roll again stealing and pillaging and getting fat in their pockets back to the top. Everyone is like ‘look how the market is doing, Goldman Sachs company is making great money’ — its good old times again but many don’t look at the bigger picture — how come in a down economy Goldman can make great money?

Maybe its because after they lost so many people their money (which they never gave back because its market lose) they were able to come back into the market (with your money this time) and trade against your common joe investor. Millions of people got taken to the cleaners by the Goldman Sachs funds, pulled their money out, and put it into the stock market to invest themselves. In doing this they opened the door for companies like this to come in and manipulate the system with their trading power to rob and steal from the individual investors money, turn a huge profit, and cash out on big bonuses that the american people stole from them years back. The Goldman Sachs company are more or less theives.

All I want to ask the people is — where do you think these profits are coming from? The game is simple… your average Joe investor buys into a company, Goldman Sachs ‘recommends’ it as a Buy and buys up tons of stock, more non-accredited investors jump into the stock… buying and buying driving the stock up. Then Goldman Sachs (and others getting ready for the slaughter) continue to push PR on the stock with the help of their cute little pot banging horn blowing TV shows…. and then they reduce their recommendation to Hold (not sell, because that would be unethical *cough*) and…. they dump the stock. When they dump the stock it sends the price CRASHING down and draining all of the investors (the moms and dads) sitting on the couch out of their hard earned money. From here they take your cash and go look at me! Look at me! We are making money! Give us your money and we will make you money…. your money can be used to rob investors around the world along side ours, and for every few dollars we make, you can have a few cents… and in exchange, when we go out of business (hit double 0 every 20-30 years)… you lose it all and make your gov’ bail us out. Every time a stock is bought, there is a seller. You buy the stock from another individual or the company — there is no big pile of stock laying out there, its all coming from someone. While you think its a good time to buy, they are also thinking its a good time to sell — that is considered gambling. The only thing these firms are doing is controlling the price with media and buying power which can cause panic… which results in profits. Now they can not only use your money to steal from the American people once again, but they are going to show all these profits and bonuses to lure more individuals to handing over the cash as well. Welcome to America where the Goldman Sachs growth funds and fraud can run wild and we reward them for it. If your a mom and pop business owner, then go out of business, we don’t care, but if you want in the business of robbing the elderly… come on in, we left the light on for ya.

There is no difference in being a columnist for a newspaper and being an at home blogger.

For those of you who are interested and want to make money blogging — perk your ears up. Its possible. Making money with blogs is not a mystery, and in fact, its lucrative if you can handle the dedication, stress, and focus it requires.

Content is worth a lot of money online — up to about $20 per article you post in lifetime earnings. This means you can earn a full part-time income on your blog alone — if you can stick to writing an interesting blog entry on a daily basis for 2-3 years . There is no difference in being a columnist for a newspaper and being an at home blogger. Why a columnist can be a success is easy — readership and dedication. A full time writer HAS to be produce to get paid — while you don’t have to produce, and you don’t have to get paid, and without someone breathing down your back for results it can be hard to make money blogging. So how do you get some of that blogspot money?

First… go professional… get a good template and look. Get yourself custom blog character from 2009Logo.com. To make money blogging you have to have good branding and look like a million bucks.

Second, blog everyday on the SAME subject for at least 6 months before expecting ANY revenues.

Third, stick to one subject and write on it very well every day. Don’t do like me and write all kinds of subjects. To get that blogspot money you have to focus on a specific subject.

Forth — learn and understand keyword density. For the engines to pickup certain keywords you have to SAY THEM at least 4-5 times in a single article, and make sure you don’t say USELESS things just as many. So if you want to rank well under blogspot money then you need to write it a few times in your article, like I have.

Fifth — do it because you love doing it, not because of the paycheck. The paycheck won’t come fast enough to keep your interest so blog on something you must enjoy, that you really love. Otherwise, all is lost.

Thats the key to success with blogging, short and sweet. Also, if you need readers, use HowToPromoteABlog.com — fantastic service and it WORKS.

For all those who read that McNair’s death isn’t an accident’… aka..

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-mcnairkilled&prov=ap&type=lgns

I really want to know what goes on in the minds of people doing the reporting… back in the day when you found McNair shot TWICE in the head and two more times elsewhere you would think to yourself…. ’someone killed this sob’. ESPECIALLY when there is another body, SHOT and laying on the gun – McNair’s girlfriend! Now lets see what the experts say… “Police said they need to do more interviews with friends of Kazemi and McNair before they rule on whether her death was a suicide”. Holy shit really? No no no… surely he SHOT HER, and then SHOT HIMSELF 4 times, and then got up and HIDE the gun under her. Yes… thats very possible. Generally when I shot myself twice in the face I have a glass of water, take the gun for one last spin, come back, shoot my friend, blast myself a few more times, then go look for a place to hide the gun. Please, lets do some more investiation before ruling that out. Geez, please, stop pasting my tax dollars. This 36 year old man was having fun with this 20 year old (thats like dating your daughter) girlfriend, she figures out that he is just a player, and puts a hole in him, goes crazy, shots herself, and falls on the gun. Doesn’t that seem more likely — of course not! Lets go ahead and scan McNair’s bank account to see if he purchased gas while driving around with two gun shot wounds while we are at it… in fact lets go ahead and ‘talk to his friends and family’ and ask to see if anyone seen him with two gun shot wounds in the head over the last few days. McNair’s Death A Homicide – No Shit Sherlock!

But wait… there is more… lets look at the reporters ‘buying time’..

“She was reliable 90 percent of the time,” manager Chris Truelove said of Kazemi. “She was pretty outgoing. A lot of the guests liked being around her, and she liked being around the guests.”

90 percent of the time? What the hell does that mean? Is She nuts and gun wielding the other 10%? How do you determine 10%? Did you meet her 10 times and she kick you in the balls for no reason once? Where do people come up with this stuff. Generally speaking, I KNOW the people in my life that might just shoot me in the head. They have not done it yet but I know which ones are capable of it — and everyone is shocked and need more investigation? Go knock on his mommas door and be like “Do you think Sahel could shoot your son twice in the head?” — and I bet she said ‘hell ya that bitch is crazy’ — and there you have it.

Police — stop wasting my money — and reporters — grow some nuts and when someone gets shot in the head twice report it as MURDER, not suicide because McNair and his football is famous. Chicken shits.

It never fails — Adbrite’s click fraud continues to find new and innovative ways to scam publishers out of their hard earned money. Adbrite is overflowwing with click fraud and they don’t seem to even care to do anything about it. For example, on my campaign, I find that the vast majority of my clicks come from adbrite fraud sites that have sent me less then 10 impressions — and in fact — some say they have shown my ad TWICE and clicked on it up to 7 times!

What is Adbrite’s scam policy on this? Too bad, so sad, love dad. They won’t even return emails. I have been doing business with them for YEARS and have sent them at least a HUNDRED referrals and then they go and pull something like this. Its clearly adbrite click fraud at its best when 80% of the traffic is coming from sites that have only shown the text ad and handful of times and already getting clicks. The better sites with decent reputation are sending up to 5,000 impressions before getting a hit — ‘business as usual results’.

So to all webmasters out there thinking about using Adbrite — take into consideration what the rest of us have learned — adbrite click fraud is all over Adbrite and expect to be pruning your campaigns for weeks or longer before getting some of it out. I would suggest only buying ads from known sites and never using their network wide ads or otherwise be prepared for more Adbrite fraud visitors.

Investing is stocks is gambling, when one person buys, another is selling and to know which person is right is gambling -- but these investment companies don't have to gamble. They make HUGE fees -- 3-4% of the portfolio value each year no matters if they make money or lose money -- and when you can't take your money out -- that means they dwindle your savings down to nothing.

Before investing your savings into a retirement program or ‘income’ generating programs offered by companies such as Metlife.com — do the math and read the terms and you will find programs designed similar to these are generally designed to defraud their own investors over time.

To keep things simple for fast readers — no retirement programs don’t work. Investment scams are very common. There are many reasons they don’t work but we can start with the basic economic foundation and then we can peek into how these programs scam, defaud, and swindle individuals out of their money, legally.

Imagine someone off the streets coming to you and saying…

“give me all your money and I will wisely invest it and make you enough money to live the rest of your life. In fact, I am so good at this that I manage billions of dollars in assets and yield a HUGE return for my clients… but I need your money…even though its only $500″

… but lets take it further then that..

“I need your money, and I will invest it using my secret methods according to my little chart I made, and I have been doing this for 70 years! Of course… where I will put your money, in the 2009 Bond Fund… has only been around for 2 months and you will be a new investor. We do this because ‘your’ retirement strategy doesn’t sit any of our 2,000 prior funds we have… or the 2008 Bond Fund… which is the same thing. Of course, once you put your money in, you can’t get it back out for a very long time, and if you do take it out, you will have to forfiet almost all of it. I also need you to sign paperwork saying you understand that its possible, and very likely, you will lose your money, and you won’t sue me when I lose it.”

Now — seriously — would you invest with this guy? Countless Wall Street firms use this very approach and you people put your money into it. Do you ever wonder why they have THOUSANDS of ‘funds’ to invest in? Ever wonder why you can’t invest into one of their 40-year old funds, and that every fund that offer you is only a few years old? If these people have been around for so long — why do they need the blue colar peoples money — wouldn’t banks loan it to them? Private venture capitalists? Why do they need your money?

Because its a scam — a very long, rich, and lucrative one and here is how the play book goes.

You put on a fancy suit, team up with a prospectus from a high and mightly company — MetLife — fidelity – for example — they are all the same. You setup 10 new 2009 ‘funds’ and put company money into each. Buy very risky stocks across the board… and 8 of those funds will show terrible negative loses… but 2 of them will have double digit returns. Close out the 8 bad funds and show in your portfolio the 2 that are doing very well. Now start cold calling saying “We can secure your income — look at our 15% return last year! That is 12% more then what your bank is paying you! We are a 70 year old company!”…. and dump tons of new, dumb, financially impered workers into your fund. Invest very conservative for hte next 2-3 years and pay the ‘return on investment, 10%-15%’ using the fees you charge new investors coming on board… sometimes thousands of dollars. Once you are about 3 years in… give up… and let the ship sink… like this..

So everyone would take their money out.. .yes? Of course not! Because you can’t. Part of the terms is that you have to keep your money in there until your 59 1/2…. and if you happen to be 58 when you join… they wont put you int his fund, they will put you in a fund that wants you to be 65 when you can get at it, etc. If you try to take your money out — expect to lose instantly the largest part of your investment… IF you can take it out at all. So why do they do this? Simple — fees. Investing is stocks is gambling, when one person buys, another is selling and to know which person is right is gambling — but these investment companies don’t have to gamble. They make HUGE fees — 3-4% of the portfolio value each year no matters if they make money or lose money — and when you can’t take your money out — that means they dwindle your savings down to nothing. Once things go ’south’ they ‘close’ that fund so no new investors can come into it and the fund is removed from their portfolio offering (the cute one they print up to hand you at the bank which is NOT regulated)… which only shows their ‘upstanding investments’. If you really want to throw theese people off… have them give you a report of every 19XX (any year) fund that their company setup and how the investors are doing — you will see tears and shadered dreams. Every firm keeps ‘one’ crisp clean fund.. to show a fund that has been making money since the 40s and one share will be $50k or something crazy to keep people from getting into it, if its even allowed, for the sake of saying ‘positive returns since..”.

But the point is… use your head.. these people cannot guarentee you income over time because its all a money game that everyone gets paid but you. Right when that sales person closes your investment they receive up to 10% of it INSTANTLY. How can a company afford to pay a sales person 10% and another guy 2-3% a year — just for taking your money? Its a legal investment scam! They can’t do it for long and thats why there are so many ‘funds’ you can get into — they sell the profitable ones and bury and hide them once they are done. Its a big game of taking your money into one company, treating you bad, and you seeing another ad on TV saying “Move your money over here, because we are family, and you can trust us… call us Chuck”. When you sign that investment you sign your life away for 100% lose. Investment scams are all over the place — just because you can ‘call Chuck’ doesnt mean its not.

So here is how you avoid losing your money…

(a) never buy into a investment that you cannot withdraw your money out of at anytime.
(b) always require they ’sell’ your investment in their company the very first quarter it shows a loss.
(c) require the company disclose to you EVER fund and their return on investment the company holds… even if its thousands of them.
(d) request full disclose of all fees, and their commision, before signing. The higher his commision, the bigger scam he is selling.

and (e)… don’t invest in these companies. You know how retirement is made? Pay off your house, your car, buy solar panels, and purchase income-generating companies such as Intellectual Property that will generate you actual, true, income over time. If your interested in intellectual properties, contact (support@seorulebook.com) — good stuff. Invest in small business, invest in innovation — work your money and put it with people that are BRILLIENT and GENIUS that you have spent your whole life with. Don’t invest it with broke people, invest it with successful people while they are on an uptrend. Invest it in people that DONT WANT YOUR MONEY. Take that friend of yours that is successful, that does not want your money, and invest into his business. That is why you build ‘retirment income’. Anytime you see methods designed to ‘turn the masses into rich people’ its a scam — and I don’t care how big of building they have in Wal Street. We have proven company after company that uses this VERY method for pulling off these schemes… billion dollar companies… so use your head — its not real — don’t waste your time. Investment scams are all over the place so be very careful and just avoid it all together.

Saving you millions, Your Friend,– Super KC

Stop fooling, ditch the job, and open up your mind to dream on ways you can start living your life. The only thing you need to change to be a success is your mentality.

So you work a job? If you wake up and say “I Hate My Job” then let me guess, 9-5 or worse, paying the bills, getting home late, house is a mess, and each month you live within a few hundred dollars of missing your budget so things like vacations, movies, and ultimately ‘life’ is out of the question? Most likely your source of entertainment (when your not exhausted or dealing with the family) is watching TV, the Internet, and having the same o’ company over to the house week after week — and its been this way since you were 18 years old. You might even have a college degree, or part of one, but little to no prospects for a job within that field. Congratulations — you have a job. Now you should quit your job.

I think we need to start by defining, and redefining the word ‘job’. Right now, the definition of a job is the work one does to earn money. I think this definition is wrong and twisted. I think job should be defined as ‘ones efforts towards the contribution of mankind”. Now if you think about it in this aspect… what are you doing for a living? Are you contributing to mankind by flipping burgers, filing paperwork, or handling customer service calls? Does that really contribute to the future of our children and our race? If not… quit your job, especially if you ‘hate your job’ already.

You can ‘earn money’ doing anything in the world — absolutely anything. I could say… “I want to make money… by giving away money” — and that would allow me to come a loan broker, non-profit agent, or even (in todays world)… a bailout specialist! You could even say.. I want to make money by dressing up as a monkey, giving away ice cream to children, in outer space, while standing on legos painted pink and blue… and you can do it for a living. Don’t believe me? Visit Gatlinburg, TN which is a high tourist area, rent some retail space, build a ‘Space Adventure Zone” that kids can come into and learn about space and build a room that is designed as ‘walking on mars’ and have someone dress up as a monkey selling ‘Space Ice Cream of the Future” and layer the floor in legos. You will make more money selling ice cream then you will flipping burgers — in fact you would make more money owning that place then you would ever in any job. The point is — if your JOB does not fit well with your mind when you say.. “at work I contribute to our society and future because I..” –then your in the wrong line of business and your wasting your life. Now you only have one life, your only young once, you only have today to make a change — you don’t have time to fool around until the world hands you a new title. Plus.. is quitting your job really that bad of an idea?

Entrepreneurial people are dreamers and inspired to change the world. They take that dream in their head and they go forth and share it with people and make things a reality. You might say to yourself… I would but I don’t have any money and I have bad credit — guess what — you don’t need either. The only thing you need is a fire in your belly to get out there and make a difference. Your time is worth money and your spending it watching TV and fooling around — how many hours have you spent on paper writing out your dream? Talking to new people about it? Talking to investors? Building out prototypes? Entrepreneurs don’t sit idle in the night and wait for people to hand their dream to them but rather they presue it and hunt it down. So say to yourself… “I will contribute to my society by…” and really tell yourself what you want to do for a living and if you can’t see any possible way of doing it, email me at KC@Superkc.com and I will write a post on how exactly to achieve it.

I will leave you with this… your ‘job’ is what you leave behind in the world, your children will carry your name, and your money will vanish like dust in the wind. So invest your time and effort into your dreams and your children, turn off the TV, shut down YouTube, and start investing your time and money into your future, quit your job, and start living your life for the better of yourself, your family, and the world. Don’t spend all your life saying ‘I hate my job’ or wondering if you should quit your job — do it — and make a future for yourself.

Need a Blog Idea? Don’t know what to blog about?

What your going to find is that generally speaking — blogs can be boring. In fact, people writing about themselves is even more boring. Writing about places and things to do — super boring. So what is the Super KC way of getting around all of this and taking the big creativity spoon to your writer block?

KC’s Genius Plan To Finding A Twist On Your Blog Topic #3492

Most likely — you live a boring life. Face it — life is dull 300 days out of the year, and the other days we spend spending money, in jail, or chasing misadventures. That means that you only have about 60 good blogging days out there.

Lets say you wanted to write an article about Vegas… the BIG fantastic city of City.. pretty exciting right? Yes… and no. All sites tell you about the places to see and the people there but its all normal every-day stuff. So here is a challange… if your writing “Ceasers Palace, Las Vegas” by Joe Blow… then change things up a bit.. “Fountain Diving In Ceasers Palace” by Super Joe. Hannah Montana might smell like money but she has a good thing going — she doesn’t have to be herself. In your writings become the super hero and live experiences that are OUT OF THIS WORLD. It doesn’t matter if you done them to your readers — build the story, embelish the ideas, and create trends for people to do in the future. Its your writing that sets the reality. Don’t start out… “In vegas… there is a casino… Ceasers Palace”. Start out.. “When your in vegas, be sure to dress up in a pooh bear suit and go foutain diving for lucky coins in the famous Caesars Palace, Las Vegas!”. Tell them how the custom rental was cheap, how you took the limo to Ceasers, how nice the rooms were (because your educating them as well), tell them how you eat at one of the fine restraunts at teh casino (by name), what you had, and the expression on the staffs face when poor discovers he has no mouth to eat with… the express when you fill up your pot of honey with pepsi on the way out… how you ended up in the fountain (and provide picture), how valet was too expensive and to take the train (educate), and how to talk your way out of being arrested, soaking wet, in a pooh suit… humor… educate, story line… you don’t have to be yourself. You can be “SUPER”…. introduce new and unique ideas to make situations fun… remember that your famous, that your fun, that your a party animal and you can create any situation in the world, or set any stigma about yourself you like. If you want to write like your the biggest pimp in Vegas and when you get to Vegas the casinos throw you parties… then be that person in your blog, and before long… when you goto vegas… people will want to come with you because of your stories. Drop your name, layout the situation your writing about, and build a story line around it — #1 job is to entertain, then educate… then capitalize

So how do you promote a blog? Here is a unique idea.

I really enjoy blogging — dispite my fight against it. I can see where blogging does have a lot of potential and room to grow in the future. I do see some fundamental issues though that really prevent blogging from helping ‘the little guy’. A few days into this misadventure I started thinking to myself… how does the average joe ever get any readers? Short of tons of promotion (which I am planning to do)… there isn’t any routine and systematical ways of getting new readers. So I was thinking… why not Blog Newspapers?

Imagine if you could submit your blog to news syndication…a blog newspaper.. and they would randomly display your blog title in a few spots on the site and test out user feedback. If your article gets good ranking, have it move up the charts for the next days ‘big’ newspaper publication. This way every article you read can get a small number of reads to determine quality, and the good articles, will float to the top and be included in categorized newsletters going out to tens of thousands, or eventually even millions of people. This would give you a reason to write because your writing for an audience kinda like a column instead of writing in the dark in the early days. Everyone that reads your article has a change to start following your blog, and when you do write a A++ piece… you could get exposure to a huge amount of people. It would also give you a reason to write everyday — to get into that days syndication and try to compete for the next days column space and ‘read for the stars’. Since I have web designers… and programmers… and a whole staff around me… I might just have to build the first Blog newspaper

When to use banner ads in marketing to draw in customers, and how to best get results.

This is a samplel banner ad for graphic layout.

When To Use Banner Ads For Marketing
Are banner ads effective? I have spent tens of thousands of dollars running banner ad campaigns, and generally speaking, its never profitable. There are some cases that using banner ads work but in most cases, its simply a waste of money. Banner ads only work if you are promoting within a very targeted marketing and have a unique brandable or ‘icon’ to draw clicks in with, or if you are promoting within highly graphical industries such as gaming, art, or adult. Remember that people don’t ‘read’ banners like they do text so when you build a banner you want to leverage the ad to be 80% graphical, 20% contextual, and keep it to 7 words or less.

If your working on banners for the adult industry, remember to Photoshop because this is what gets clicks — people want to see abstract. If your doing banners for anything else then I would recommend having a custom logo built much like the example of my homepage or a banner I will attach to this. This draws attention and will give you the leverage you need to get the clicks. Remember… your ‘buying eyes’ and not brains — people don’t read these things. They are looking for eye candy and not words.

If your going to run banner ads then spare no expense on your banner — spend $100-150 to have a strong banner, maybe even flash driven otherwise you will lose a lot of money in promotion and sales. My personal recommendation — stick with text ads. If you have to go with banners — break out the illustration, humor, and find a graphical way to get your point across.
